Experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Person wanted for well-established, full-service commercial roofing company. Must be able to perform roof inspections (on all types of commercial roof systems), generate condition reports, prepare roof sketches and generate sales proposals. Candidate must be able to read roof plans and interpret specifications. Candidate must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years commercial roofing sales experience. A portion of leads will be provided by company. However, the successful candidate will be required to develop a strategic sales plan.

Valid driver’s license a must. Company vehicle and cell phone provided.

Must be able to lift minimum 100 lbs.

Polyurethane Foam Roofing is the most energy efficient, waterproof roofing material available for flat roofs. Coated with white, elastomeric coating, sprayed on polyurethane roofing can last 30–50 years if properly installed and re-coats are applied at 5 years, 25 years, and every 20 years afterwards.

Built-Up Roofing is one of the oldest and most reliable ways of installing a new roof. It was first known as composition roofing and started in the 1840′s. Built-up roofs (BUR) comes in two basic types, asphalt and coal tar. Wrinkles on bur may occur.
